the most beautiful egg yolk i have ever seen - and from our own chickens. makes me so happy. in the last pic it is next to an egg from a nearby farm (even that one is free-range, organic feed, etc) and it doesn't even compare. look at the stand-up on that baby.

Do you eat them raw? When I can get the nice organic, free range chickens from the farm up the road, we put them in our smoothies.
yeah, i do put them raw in smoothies, stef. i would eat them raw more often if i could think of more things to put them in!
